Floral Designs introduced in this section were made at the classroom of California Flower Art Academy. Our school has been doing our best for minimizing lesson fees since our foundation back in 1990. Flower prices in the market have been dramatically raised especially after increase of gasoline prices. In order to avoid heavy financial burden students must bear, we have been minimizing the expenses for operating our school and will continue to do this kind of efforts. All the lesson fees (except for Ikebana Arrangement Elementary and Intermediate Course) announced on our website include not only tuition but also flower materials, floral foam ("oasis") and minimum required containers. If you consider number of designs included in each course, you must recognize that the lesson fees we charge to our students must be very affordable. California Flower Art Academy has been engaged in teaching various kinds of floral arrangements as a flower training center and also as a floral design studio in the San Francisco Bay Area (South Bay) and Silicon Valley. We offer classes throughout the year not only on weekdays but also on the weekend at our San Jose main classroom and also Burlingame extension class near San Francisco Airport.
