The undermentioned information is a guide line based on which you can make a deccision about your choice of programs:

A. Business Purpose:
If your goal is doing floral business in USA such as running your own floral shops, working for a florist, becoming a floral designer and want to make floral decorating services for wedding party, wedding ceremony or funerals, the following procedures are recommended:

Step 1. Join Introductory Trial Budget Program ($89):
This program is part of Fresh Flower Arrangement Elementary Course. By attending this program, you can learn two basic designs of contemporary flower arrangement spending about 2.5 hours. You can attend this program as a short seminar OR just for evaluating our way of instructions and the quality of our lesson before making up your mind to enroll in Fresh Flower Arrangement Elementary Course ($390). After taking a lesson of this short program, if you are satisfied with our way of instruction and the quality of our lesson, you can transfer (roll over) to Fresh Flower Arrangement Elementary Course. In case you roll over/transfer to Fresh Flower Arrangement Elementary Course, you will learn the balance 10 designs by paying $321. Some people would like to experience just introductory level of floral designs by attending this short program. Some want to evaluate our way of instruction. It is fully up to you. We help you reduce risk in choosing your most favorite floral design class/school by way of this program. After completing this short program you can enroll in the undermentioned Elementary Course. Of course you can directly enroll in the following Elementary Course by skipping this short program (it is up to you). :

Step 2. Join Fresh Flower Arrangement Elementary Course ($390)
By attending this course, you can learn floral designs in order to earn basic skills of typical fresh flower arrangement which are popular in Europe and USA. Once you have completed this course, you quality to join under mentioned floral business oriented programs:

Step 3. Join Wedding Party Arrangement Basic Course ($298)
Step 4. Join Wedding Ceremony Arrangement Course ($169)
Step 5. Join Wedding Floral Decoration Advanced Course ($298).........Optional

B. Hobby Purpose:
If you would like to learn floral designs purely for enjoying flower arrangements as a hobby, you will have under-mentioned two options:

Case 1. You want to learn Flower Arrangement that is popular in Europe and USA:
You can follow exactly the same procedures as per the way stated in the above A (Business Purpose Program). By following this way, you can utilize your skills not only for business but also for your hobby.

Case 2. You want to learn Japanese Traditional Floral Art called "Ikebana":
You can follow the under-mentioned procedures:

Step 1. Join Ikebana Short Seminar Program ($98)
By attending this short program, you will learn two basic designs of Ikebana Arrangement spending about 2.5 hours. Step 2. Join Ikebana Arrangement Elementary Course ($210)
Step 3. Ikebana Arrangement Intermediate Course ($245)
Step 4. Ikebana Arrangement Advanced Course ($280)

* Remarks about Ikebana:
(1) Use of skill:
The skills of Ikebana Arrangement is seldom used for typical floral decoration done in Europe and USA (such as sending flowers via FTD, running your own floral shops, working for a florist, wedding or funeral floral decorations or making flower arrangement at hotels, churches etc etc). Therefore you should not expect that you can make the best use of your Ikebana arranging skill for doing floral business in the United States.

(2) Instructor Course:
California Flower Art Academy does not offer Ikebana Arrangement Instructor Course. Further, none of Ikebana related programs and courses offered by California Flower Art Academy is designed for training our students to become Ikebana Arrangement Instructor.

C. Floral Design Mastering Purpose:
If you really want to learn the entire range of floral arrangements so that you can completely master floral designs prevailing in Europe and USA whereby you can expand your floral art skills not only for your hobby and floral decoration business but also for running your own floral design class (for teaching western style design) as a European flower arrangement instructor, we recommend you to follow the undermentioned procedures:
